Personal branding photography for founders who are ready to be seen

Stop bloody hiding.
I’m Wendy Gannon (most people call me wo0), an award winning photographer and business strategy goblin for brilliant women who are done watering themselves down to look ‘professional’.
This isn’t your bog‑standard coffee cup in hand, laughing at your laptop brand shoot.
This is the day you get to show up as your ACTUAL self and get photos (and a business glow‑up) to match.
Fuck personal branding…this is personality branding.
01.
Fact 1
My nickname is wo0 and has been since I was a kid. I lived at number 32 and my friend's Mum used to say 'Here comes Wendy Woo from 32!'. How I got the zero at the end is another story!
02.
Fact 2
I started taking photo at raves and festivals over 20 years ago. I got into portrait photography when DJs wanted me to do their press shots.
03.
Fact 3
I'm a chaotic (and absolutely hilarious) ADHD head and I bring my full personality into
everything I do.
I am my best case study!
04.
Fact 4
I founded a movement called Female Five Million that uses photography, storytelling, and conversation to encourage women to take up space unapologetically

WHO AM I?

Before “personal branding” was even a thing, I was out there photographing DJs, events and real humans in real environments.
No bullshit, no airbrushed fake life. Just people, vibes, and big feelings.
Photography has never been the whole point for me.
It’s the tool I use to help women:
- See themselves clearly (not as a watered‑down LinkedIn version)
- Take up the space they actually deserve
- Stop contorting themselves into whatever “professional” is supposed to mean
I don’t care about “perfection”.
I care about you being fully yourself in your business – and having photos that back that up.
who am i for?
You’re my person if:
- You know you need photos but the idea of being in front of a camera makes you feel mildly sick
- You’ve never liked a photo of yourself and you’re convinced you’re “not photogenic”
- You refuse to pretend to be some polished, AI‑generated, beige version of yourself just to get clients
- You want your photos to feel like “you on your best day with your favourite mate”, not like a corporate headshot day from hell
- You’re here to build a business that feels like you – not what the patriarchy or “professionalism” says you should be
If you’ve ever toned yourself down to be taken seriously,
if you’ve ever been told you’re “too much”,
if you’re exhausted pretending to be someone else online:
You are absolutely my people.
